Altamir's NAV Rises by 5% Amid Robust Portfolio Performance
As of June 30, 2026, Altamir's Net Asset Value (NAV) per share increased by 5.0% to €33.95 compared to December 31, 2025. This growth is attributed to value creation within the portfolio, supported by a 12.4% rise in the weighted-average EBITDA of its companies.
The portfolio's performance contributed €68.1 million in value creation, with services and tech sectors leading the growth. However, activity in private equity was subdued. Altamir received €15.3 million from partial disposals, including dividends from OnCourse Home Solutions and Authority Brands.
Investments totaled €37.3 million, with significant commitments to companies such as Sedex and Yad2. Despite a negative net cash position of -€71.9 million, Altamir plans to maintain financial flexibility through upcoming liquidity transactions.
