Eddie Misrahi to Lead Altamir Gérance

This decision marks the planned succession from Maurice Tchenio, who is stepping down earlier than his term's 2028 expiration. Tchenio, at 83, aims for a seamless transition in leadership.

Misrahi, a seasoned private equity expert, previously held top roles at Apax Group's French entity, now known as Seven2. Under his guidance as Chairman from 2011 to 2025, Seven2 solidified its standing in European private equity. Joining Altamir Gérance as Deputy CEO, Misrahi's expertise is expected to ensure stability and growth for the company. Tchenio will remain actively involved as a Director, focusing on strategic directions.
