Altarea announces its own share transactions

Altarea has issued a statement regarding its recent share buyback transactions. In accordance with applicable regulations, the company repurchased shares between March 6 and 13, 2026, as part of its share buyback program. These transactions were carried out on the XPAR market.

On March 6, Altarea acquired 2,800 shares at a volume-weighted average price of €115.86. On March 9, it purchased 2,165 shares at €114.05. On March 10, 484 shares were acquired at a volume-weighted average price of €117.89. On March 11, 2,800 shares were repurchased at €117.74 each. On March 12 and March 13, 2,700 shares were acquired at prices of €116.43 and €115.82, respectively.
