Altarea: Details of Voting Rights and Shares as of October 31, 2025
Altarea, a limited partnership with shares based in Paris, has published information relating to its share capital as of October 31, 2025. In accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority and Article L.233-8 II of the Commercial Code, the total number of shares comprising the share capital amounts to 23,302,605.
The total number of theoretical voting rights is also 23,302,605, with a slight adjustment to 23,295,855 for exercisable voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, in accordance with Article L.225-210 of the French Commercial Code.
