ALTAREA: Update on Share Capital and Voting Rights

As of May 31, 2025, ALTAREA has a total of 22,059,911 shares in its share capital. The theoretical voting rights amount to 22,059,911, but only 22,059,452 are exercisable, due to treasury shares deprived of voting rights in accordance with Article L.225-210 of the French Commercial Code.

According to Article 12 of its bylaws, ALTAREA requires an additional declaration for threshold crossings. Any holder, individual or collective, acquiring or transferring a fraction equal to or greater than 1% is required to notify this change within four trading days. Undeclared securities lose their voting rights for two years if a shareholder files a complaint.
