Altarea's Half-Year Review of Liquidity Contract
Altarea has published its half-year report relating to the liquidity contract managed by Rothschild Martin Maurel. As of June 30, 2026, the liquidity account comprised 1,206 Altarea shares and €1,870,474 in cash.
During the first half of 2026, 6,229 purchase transactions were carried out, totaling 137,939 shares traded for a value of €15,269,345.47. Concurrently, 6,419 sale transactions were recorded, involving 136,733 shares and representing €15,145,005.08.
Comparatively, at the end of 2025, the contract held €1,994,814 in cash. The transfer of management to Rothschild & Co Global Markets Solutions (Europe) SA has been effective since July 1, 2026, without altering the terms of the contract.
