The Economic Activities Court rules in favor of Altarea

The Paris Economic Activities Court ruled in favor of Altarea in the dispute between it and the sellers of Primonial. No wrongful resolution of the acquisition protocol was established by the court. The sellers of Primonial were thus dismissed from all of their claims for compensation against Altarea.

The judgment states that Altarea, through its subsidiary Alta Percier, did not prevent the completion of the March 2022 sale. The sellers' claims, including claims for non-reinvestment and various losses, were dismissed. Altarea's counterclaims were also dismissed. This judgment can still be appealed.
