ALTAREIT: Information on Share Capital and Voting Rights
As of December 31, 2024, ALTAREIT announces that the share capital consists of 1,750,487 shares. The total number of voting rights amounts to 1,750,487, of which 1,748,375 are exercisable. Treasury shares are excluded from exercisable voting rights in accordance with the French Commercial Code.
The company's articles of association stipulate a reporting obligation for threshold crossings. In addition to the legal requirements, any person holding or ceasing to hold a fraction of the capital or voting rights of 1% or a multiple must notify ALTAREIT within four trading days. In the event of failure to do so, the voting rights relating to the undeclared surplus may be suspended for two years.
