ALTAREIT: Information on Voting Rights and Share Capital

ALTAREIT has provided information on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of February 28, 2025. The company has 1,750,487 shares, with an equivalent theoretical number of voting rights. The exercisable voting rights amount to 1,748,381, after deduction of treasury shares that do not carry voting rights.

According to Article 12 of its statutes, ALTAREIT imposes a reporting obligation for crossing a threshold. Any holding equal to or greater than 1% of the capital or voting rights must be notified by registered letter within four trading days. In the absence of a declaration, the voting rights of the shares concerned are suspended for two years.
