ALTAREIT: Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares

ALTAREIT has released information regarding its share capital structure as of July 31, 2026. The company has 1,750,487 shares comprising its share capital. The total number of theoretical voting rights is also 1,750,487. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, namely 1,748,422.

This difference is explained by the deduction of treasury shares, which do not carry voting rights according to Article L.225-210 of the French Commercial Code. Furthermore, treasury shares are also excluded from voting rights at the general meeting, in accordance with Article L.233-31 of the same code.
