ALTAREIT: Transactions on its own securities in May 2026
In May 2026, ALTAREIT published its monthly statement of transactions on its own shares. At the beginning of the month, ALTAREIT held 192 treasury shares, representing 0.01% of the total.
During the month, the company bought 20 shares and sold 21, with very little impact on its overall position. All transactions were carried out under a liquidity contract via the intermediary Rothschild Martin Maurel, with a stable purchase price of €595 per share.
Derivatives transactions, as well as open positions on these products, were declared non-existent for this month. ALTAREIT is therefore continuing to follow its share buyback program initiated in June 2025 to maintain market liquidity.
