ALTAREIT: Transactions on its own shares in September 2025
During September 2025, ALTAREIT carried out various transactions involving its own shares. The company purchased 32 shares and sold 22, bringing its treasury share capital to 192 shares, or 0.01% of the total capital. All of these transactions were carried out within the framework of a liquidity agreement with Rothschild Martin Maurel.
These transactions, consisting primarily of small-scale purchases and sales of shares, were intended to maintain market liquidity. No share transfers or cancellations were reported this month. The transactions began on June 5, 2025, in accordance with the program initiated by ALTAREIT.
