ALTAREIT: Update on share capital and voting rights

ALTAREIT has announced details of the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. As of September 30, 2025, the total number of shares stands at 1,750,487, which also represents the number of theoretical voting rights. However, exercisable voting rights are slightly lower, reaching 1,748,414. This difference results from treasury shares and treasury shares. These are deprived of voting rights in accordance with Articles L.225-210 and L.233-31 of the French Commercial Code, preventing their exercise at general meetings. ALTAREIT is registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register and listed on Euronext Paris.
