ALTAREIT: Update on voting rights and shares
As of March 31, 2025, ALTAREIT announces a total of 1,750,487 shares comprising its share capital, with an equivalent theoretical number of voting rights. However, 1,748,383 of these rights are exercisable, taking into account treasury shares.
A specific clause in Article 12 of ALTAREIT's articles of association requires a threshold crossing declaration in addition to the legal one. Any acquisition or sale of shares, equal to or greater than 1% of the capital, must be notified to the company within 4 trading days.
In the event of non-declaration, the voting rights linked to the excess securities are suspended for a period of two years, subject to a request by a shareholder holding at least 1% of the capital.
