ALTAREIT's share buyback activity in March 2026
In March 2026, ALTAREIT continued its share buyback program. The company purchased 21 shares and sold 23, resulting in a slight decrease in treasury share capital of 0.01%. The balance as of February 28 was 176 shares, increasing to 192 as of March 31.
All transactions were carried out under a liquidity contract with the intermediary Rothschild Martin Maurel. The price of each transaction remained at 595 euros.
The company did not transfer or cancel any securities, nor did it carry out any derivative transactions in March. ALTAREIT, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register, continues to actively manage its capital in compliance with applicable regulations.
