ALTEN: 2025 Annual Results

ALTEN has published its annual results for 2025, showing an organic decline of 4.5%. Revenue reached €4,099 million, a decrease of 1.1% compared to 2024. In France, revenue increased by 4.3%, while internationally, it decreased by 3.7%. Operating profit from core activities amounted to 8.5% of revenue, reaching €346.5 million.

The decline is primarily due to the downturn in the automotive sector (-16%) as well as the telecommunications and electronics sectors. However, the civil aviation and banking sectors showed signs of recovery. Net income attributable to the group amounted to €106.9 million, representing 2.6% of revenue, a decrease of 42.6%.

ALTEN has made four international acquisitions to strengthen its external growth, particularly in the life sciences and digital transformation sectors.
