ALTEN Announces Share Capital Details for March 2026
On 3rd April 2026, ALTEN SA disclosed its share capital information as of 31st March 2026. The company, listed on Euronext Paris in Compartment A with ISIN Code FR0000071946, reported a total of 35,448,826 ordinary shares constituting its share capital. The total number of theoretical voting rights stands at 40,936,973.
According to Article 9 of ALTEN's Articles of Association, shareholders who cross the 3% threshold of the company's capital or voting rights, either upwards or downwards, must notify the company.
