ALTEN Announces Updated Share and Voting Rights Data
ALTEN SA, a key player in Engineering and Technology Consulting, released crucial information regarding its shareholdings. As of November 30, 2025, the company reported 35,343,326 ordinary shares constituting its share capital. These shares correspond to a total of 40,813,477 theoretical voting rights.
The company reiterated Article 9 of its Articles of Association. This article stipulates that shareholders crossing the 3% threshold, in terms of share capital or voting rights, must notify ALTEN within 15 days. This applies to thresholds set by the French Commercial code, either upwards or downwards.
