ALTEN Shares and Voting Rights as of June 2025
ALTEN SA, listed on Euronext Paris, has announced its share and voting rights data as of June 30, 2025. The total number of shares constituting the share capital is 35,266,866. Correspondingly, the total number of theoretical voting rights stands at 40,733,720. These numbers highlight the Company's current capital structure.
According to Article 9 of ALTEN's Articles of Association, shareholders crossing a 3% threshold in share capital or voting rights must notify the Company. This includes both upward and downward crossings. Shareholders have 15 days to inform ALTEN via registered mail upon crossing this threshold.
