ALTHEORA: New Refinancing Plan
ALTHEORA, a renowned French group specializing in the transformation of composites and polymers, announces a refinancing operation. In collaboration with VATEL DIRECT, ALTHEORA plans to refinance its Convertible Bonds (OC3) issued in December 2022 and to support its recent industrial investments.
The company hopes to raise up to €1.5 million through five-year bonds offering a gross annual yield of 8.5%. Repayment will be made monthly over 60 months.
Specializing in various industrial sectors since 1934, ALTHEORA is strengthening its position in R&D and innovation. Listed on Euronext Growth Paris, the company continues its international development, supported by its five sites in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and a presence in Romania.
