AlUla Development Company Begins Construction on NUMAJ

On April 20, 2026, AlUla Development Company (UDC) officially started construction on NUMAJ, a 250-key hotel in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. This marks a significant step in transforming AlUla's landscape with world-class developments. The event was attended by industry leaders, including John Pagano of UDC and Abeer AlAkel of the Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU).

NUMAJ, part of Marriott's Autograph Collection, is set to open in 2027. Designed by GioForma, it draws inspiration from AlUla’s natural and cultural heritage, emphasizing a connection to the land. The project aims for LEED Gold certification, employing sustainable practices such as water-efficient landscaping and energy-conscious lighting.
