Alzchem Group AG Commences Share Buyback Program
On November 2, 2026, Alzchem Group AG announced the launch of its share buyback program. Starting on November 3, 2026, the company intends to repurchase up to 125,000 no-par-value shares over twelve months, with a total expenditure of EUR 20 million, excluding additional costs. Trading will occur on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's electronic platform, XETRA.
The buyback plan aims to utilize shares as acquisition currency, offer them to employees under participation programs, or cancel and reduce capital. Further purposes remain possible under legal allowances. The repurchase will respect the regulations outlined by EU and delegated regulations.
