Amadeus Fire AG Adjusts 2025 Financial Outlook Amid Market Challenges

On July 23, 2025, Frankfurt-based Amadeus Fire AG announced a revision of its 2025 financial outlook. This adjustment comes in response to underwhelming revenue and earnings in the first half of the year, as the company faced a weak second quarter. The group's revenue reached approximately €186.6 million during the first half of 2025, a drop from €226.1 million in the same period in 2024. The operating EBITA also fell sharply to around €6.4 million from €28.9 million.

Consequently, the company's management revised its full-year revenue forecast to between €355 million and €385 million, down from earlier expectations of €387 million to €417 million. Operating EBITA for 2025 is now anticipated to be between €15 and €25 million, a significant decrease from the initial forecast of €36 to €44 million. The adjustment reflects ongoing market instability and a decline in personnel services demand.
