Amadeus Fire Group Acquires E-learning Platform Masterplan

Amadeus Fire Group has acquired Masterplan, an e-learning platform, marking a strategic investment in the expanding digital B2B training market. With a valuation around 20 million euros, the Berlin-based SaaS company enhances Amadeus Fire's position in this rapidly growing sector, currently transforming through AI. The acquisition aims to boost revenue and profitability by 2026.

Masterplan offers over 3,500 video courses, available in more than 26 languages, serving over 300 companies, including major players like VW and Otto Group. This acquisition allows Amadeus Fire to expand its portfolio and leverage cross-selling opportunities, promoting a robust EdTech market presence.

The German EdTech market, expected to reach 17 billion euros by 2030, is projected to grow annually by over 13%. Masterplan's advanced tech and AI-driven solutions facilitate efficient internationalisation, optimising growth potential amidst the rising need for digital training.
