Amadeus Fire Group's 2025 Financials and 2026 Outlook

Amadeus Fire Group confirmed its 2025 financial figures, revealing a revenue of €363.6 million, down 16.8% from €436.9 million in 2024, yet within forecasted estimates. The operating gross profit reached €186.8 million, with a margin of 51.4%, compared to 54.2% the previous year. Notably, one-off restructuring costs and investments in digital transformation led to a significant drop in operating EBITA from €55.5 million to €13.7 million.

The Group forecasts positive changes for 2026 despite weak economic conditions due to external conflicts and energy price volatility. Revenue is projected to range from €362 million to €394 million. The anticipated operating EBITA is between €20 million and €31 million, suggesting growth of up to 130%. The Group aims for a gradual quarter-on-quarter earnings improvement.

The Personnel Services segment expects stable revenue between €190 million and €210 million, while the Training segment foresees revenue growth between €172 million and €184 million, fueled by new acquisitions and AI-focused strategies.
