AMAG Austria Metall AG Announces Early CEO Transition
AMAG Austria Metall AG has announced an early change in its leadership. At a recent Supervisory Board meeting, it was decided to end the current CEO and COO, Dr. Helmut Kaufmann's contract prematurely on April 30, 2026. Victor Breguncci, the current Chief Sales Officer, will take over as the new Chief Executive Officer from May 1, 2026.
This strategic move aims to ensure a smooth transition within the company’s top management. The decision was disclosed as inside information according to Article 17 MAR of the EU Regulation No 596/2014, indicating the significance of this leadership change in the organization.
