AMAG Austria Metall AG Approves Dividend and Board Changes

On April 15, 2025, AMAG Austria Metall AG held its 14th Annual General Meeting in Ranshofen. Shareholders approved all items on the agenda, including a dividend of EUR 1.20 per share for the 2024 financial year, resulting in a 5% dividend yield. The ex-dividend date is set for April 17, 2025, with payments starting on April 23, 2025.

Key changes in the Supervisory Board were also confirmed. Alessandro Dazza was elected as the new Chairman, succeeding DI Herbert Ortner. Maximilian Angermeier was re-elected, while the board was reduced from ten to nine members.
