Amarc Resources Announces CFO Transition
Amarc Resources Ltd., a Vancouver-based mining company, has announced the departure of Carol Li from her role as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 15, 2026. Braden Jensen, the current Corporate Controller, will step in as interim CFO. Li will continue to assist the company in an advisory capacity to ensure a seamless transition.
Diane Nicolson, President and CEO of Amarc, expressed gratitude for Li's contributions, notably during recent financial undertakings. She welcomed Jensen's appointment, citing his mining finance expertise and business acumen as valuable assets for the company.
Jensen is an experienced Chartered Professional Accountant with a 15-year tenure in the natural resources sector. His background includes serving as a CFO for public mining companies, bringing a comprehensive financial perspective to Amarc. The company also announced a stock option grant to Tom McMillan, the VP of Investor Relations.
