Amarc Resources Completes 2025 Drill Program in JOY District

Amarc Resources Ltd. has announced the completion of its 2025 drilling program at the JOY District in British Columbia. The initiative aimed to expand the AuRORA Deposit, a site known for its surface copper-gold-silver mineralization. The program, funded by Freeport-McMoRan Inc., involved drilling 15,381 meters across 35 holes, with significant activities at AuRORA.

This expansion builds on 2024 discoveries, highlighting intercepts such as 266 meters grading 1.2 g/t Au and 0.31% Cu. Freeport's continued investment of CAD $75 million signifies their commitment to this joint venture. Amarc anticipates releasing further assay results imminently, which may influence future explorations aimed at expanding TWINS and Canyon Discoveries.

The company undertook extensive survey work, including geophysics and geological mapping, across the district. This has provided insights for ongoing exploration activities. Both partners are optimistic about the JOY District's potential to evolve into a world-class porphyry Cu-Au district.
