Amdocs has announced that A1 Bulgaria has finalized its platform modernization program, completing the upgrade of its convergent charging platform. This enhancement aims to provide A1 Bulgaria's end users with improved service reliability, faster response times, and greater billing transparency. The upgrade marks a significant performance boost, enabling the processing of millions of events per hour and thousands of transactions per second. Consequently, billing processing is now twice as fast, and customer interactions have become more efficient.
