Amdocs and Globe Strengthen Network Operations Partnership

Amdocs has announced the expansion of its managed services agreement with Globe, a leading digital solutions provider in the Philippines. This three-year engagement includes the network domain, aiming to optimize Globe's mobile network, enhance operational agility, and improve customer experiences through automation. Amdocs will deliver network strategy, planning, and mobile access engineering to support Globe's infrastructure.

The partnership builds on previous collaborations that successfully transformed Globe's IT operations. The extended agreement will further Globe's efforts to achieve cost savings and adopt global best practices in network operations. This strategic move is expected to yield a more seamless experience for Globe's customers.
