Amoéba Successfully Raises EUR 6.67 Million in Capital Increase

Chassieu, France, 26 March 2026 - Amoéba has completed a successful capital increase, securing EUR 6.67 million through a private placement. The company issued 8,897,973 new shares at EUR 0.75 each, representing 11.43% of its share capital.

The funds will support industrial expansion, boost marketing efforts, and advance Amoéba's strategy in the cosmetics sector. The transaction reduces existing shareholders' stakes by approximately 0.11% per 1% held previously.

Amoéba has also restructured its debt with Nice & Green, extending the repayment schedule until 2029. This financial maneuver ensures the company's operational stability until the end of 2026.

The Board of Directors approved the capital increase, executed without preferential subscription rights. The shares will be traded on Euronext Growth Paris from 30 March 2026.
