Successful capital increase for Amoéba
Amoéba, a greentech company based in Chassieu, announces the success of its €14 million capital increase. This operation supports its industrial and commercial development. The transaction raised €9 million in cash from institutional and individual investors, as well as €5 million through debt offsetting.
The transaction resulted in the issuance of 17,273,287 shares at a price per share of €0.8105, representing a 20% discount to the previous average price. The share capital will amount to 68,919,250 shares after settlement and delivery on July 25, 2025. Nice & Green, a major shareholder, is increasing its stake to 26%.
The capital increase did not require an AMF prospectus, and the company warns of potential risks associated with this operation and the market.
