Amrize Posts Robust Q3 2025 Results Amid Market Expansion

Amrize Ltd showcased a strong performance in the third quarter of 2025, with revenues reaching $3,675 million, marking a 6.6% increase from the previous year. This growth was fueled by robust infrastructure demand and a recovering commercial market. Key highlights from the quarter include a net income of $543 million and an adjusted EBITDA of $1.1 billion.

Although the Building Materials division saw an 8.7% revenue increase, it faced challenges from a temporary cement network outage, impacting margins. Meanwhile, the Building Envelope segment reported a 9.0% rise in adjusted EBITDA, driven by operational efficiencies and lower raw material costs.

Free cash flow surged to $674 million, up by $221 million, aiding in debt reduction. Amrize revised its 2025 revenue guidance upwards, reflecting confidence in sustained growth across various markets, notably infrastructure and commercial sectors.
