Amrize to Acquire Rapid Redi-Mix in Strategic Expansion

Amrize Ltd has announced an agreement to acquire Rapid Redi-Mix LLC, a concrete producer in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This move enhances Amrize's presence in Texas, aligning with its recent expansion at the Midlothian cement plant and the acquisition of PB Materials. Rapid Redi-Mix's modern batch plants and mixer fleet complement Amrize’s operations.

Jaime Hill, President of Amrize Building Materials, sees this as a synergistic acquisition in a growing market, welcoming Rapid Redi-Mix’s team. Gabe Salmons, CEO of Rapid Redi-Mix, expressed pride in joining Amrize and expects enhanced growth through Amrize’s network.
