Ams OSRAM Announces Proposals for 2025 Annual General Meeting
ams OSRAM has revealed the resolutions prepared by its Supervisory and Management Boards for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) set for June 26, 2025. The company, positioned on the SIX Swiss Exchange under the symbol AMS, announced these developments from its dual bases in Premstaetten, Austria, and Munich, Germany.
Key proposals include an Agenda Item addressing a 10% Authorized Capital 2025, impacting subscription and exchange rights linked to new shares for convertible or exchangeable bonds. Additionally, a resolution for a share buyback authorization stands, succeeding the expiring permission from the 2023 AGM and extending for 30 months from the date of the AGM 2025.
