Amundi Physical Metals Completes New ETC Securities Issuance

Amundi Physical Metals plc has finalized the issuance of 90,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This marks the 900th tranche of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. The new issuance is part of a broader effort to enhance investor access to the gold market.

The total number of ETC Securities for this series now stands at over 72 million, following this latest tranche. The initial metal entitlement per ETC Security is 0.04 fine troy ounces, slightly decreasing to 0.039613 ounces on the subscription trade date.

The securities have been applied for trading on the London Stock Exchange, with existing listings on exchanges such as Euronext Paris and the Deutsche Börse. The nominal value per security is USD 5.085, with a specified interest amount of USD 0.051. The total expense ratio for the securities is set at 0.12% annually.
