Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for UK ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued the final terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC, under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issue involves 120,000 ETC Securities, designated as Tranche 866. The Series started with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, revised to 0.03962369 for the latest subscription. The ETC Securities are linked to gold prices and are scheduled to mature on 23 May 2118.

The ETC Securities have been approved for listing and trading on major exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange, with applications considered for future listings on additional markets. The total net proceeds of the issue amount to USD 21,615,276, with estimated expenses of €3,000 for the admission to trading. The current expense ratio is 0.12% per annum.
