Amundi Physical Metals plc: Issuance of New Gold ETC

Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its issuance of 542,000 ETC Securities, identified as Tranche 729 under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. This issuance is part of the Secured Precious Metals Linked ETC Securities Programme. The newly issued securities contribute to a total of 62,770,359 ETC Securities in the series. The gold entitlement for these securities has been set at 0.0396632 troy ounces as of the subscription trade date.

The securities are scheduled for issue on 1 August 2025, with an expected maturity on 23 May 2118. Regulatory approval was secured in April 2019. The ETC Securities will be listed on multiple exchanges including Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, the London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange.
