Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 80,800 new ETC Securities, marking Tranche 852 of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. This issuance, under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme, is intended to provide further exposure to gold prices for investors.

The series main offering includes an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces of gold per security, with the entitlement slightly adjusted to 0.03962916 as at the Subscription Trade Date for this tranche. These securities have been made available following the approval of the board on 25 April 2019, with the scheduled maturity set for 23 May 2118.

Applications have been submitted for the ETC Securities to be traded on several prominent exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, the Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange. The overall effort seeks to optimize their availability to a broad market audience.

The tranche is expected to generate total net proceeds of USD 15,595,515.04, with administrative expenses for trading admission projected at €3,000. These ETC Securities also have a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum.
