These securities are part of the broader Amundi Physical Gold ETC Series, which ties performance to the price of gold.

The current base prospectus for these securities was approved on April 28, 2025. It includes information necessary for potential investors, with 207,000 securities added, bringing the total to over 63.9 million. The issue date is set for September 3, 2025. The securities mature on May 23, 2118 and maintain a nominal amount of USD 5.085.

Applications have been made for these ETC Securities to be listed on several major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange. This listing aims to increase investor access to secure gold exposure.
