Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Tranche of Gold ETC

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 55,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. Dated 23 May 2025, these securities belong to Tranche 700 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. The aggregate number of ETC Securities will total over 62 million following this tranche.

The ETC Securities are issued with an initial metal entitlement of 0.03967207 fine troy ounces and carry a maturity date set for 23 May 2118. The nominal amount is USD 5.085, representing 10% of the initial issue price.

Applications for listing and trading have been submitted to major stock exchanges including Euronext Paris, the London Stock Exchange, and others. The Total Expense Ratio for the securities is 0.12% per annum. Authorised participants in the issuance include several key financial institutions such as HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC.
