Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Tranche of Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 175,000 ETC Securities, representing Tranche 916 of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC. This issuance is part of their Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The ETC Securities aim to provide investors with exposure to the fluctuations of the gold market.
The issuance aligns with the base prospectus dated 20 May 2019 and its supplemented documents. These ETF Securities are scheduled for trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange and have already been admitted to markets including Euronext Paris and Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the Mexican Stock Exchange.
The ETC Securities have a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum, with a nominal amount set at USD 5.085. The Series Issue Date was 23 May 2019, and the scheduled maturity date is 23 May 2118.
