Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms

Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued final terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issuance involves 253,000 ETC Securities, representing Tranche 746 of the series. This tranche adds to a total of 65,043,859 Securities in the series.

The initial metal entitlement per Security was set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, with a slight adjustment to 0.0396585 for subsequent subscriptions. The issuance date for this tranche is 8 September 2025, and the securities are scheduled to mature on 23 May 2118. The total expense ratio is 0.12% per annum.

These securities will be admitted for trading on several stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange. The application for trading is also extended to the Deutsche Börse and Borsa Italiana.
