Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms Announcement

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 42,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. These securities, part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC, represent Tranche 738 of the series. The issuance follows the contractual terms outlined in the Base Prospectus dated 20 May 2019 and its supplement from 4 March 2020. The latest Base Prospectus was updated on 28 April 2025.

The Metal Entitlement per ETC security is set at 0.03966072 troy ounces of gold. The securities, with a nominal amount of USD 5.085, are scheduled to mature on 23 May 2118. The Total Expense Ratio is maintained at 0.12% annually.

The ETC Securities are being admitted to trading on several exchanges including Euronext Paris, Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange. Admissions extend to the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange, pending private placement exemptions.
