Andera Partners Expands Mezzanine Sponsorless Strategy with Key Appointments

Andera Partners, a major European private equity firm, is advancing its international development strategy in the sponsorless private finance sector with two significant appointments. Sébastien Neiss joins as Senior Advisor for Germany, leveraging his extensive experience in finance and M&A across the Germany-France corridor. Meanwhile, Alberto Cornegliano Cattaneo takes on the role of Senior Advisor in Italy, bringing over 25 years of investment banking experience.

The expansion is part of Andera Partners' broader initiative to respond to the rising demand for flexible financing solutions beyond France. The firm's international growth is supported by strong foundations, including offices in Munich and Milan, and investments across Europe.

This growth also aligns with the firm's global strategy to enhance its presence in high-growth European markets. The appointments aim to bolster local expertise and strengthen relationships, facilitating further deployment of the Andera Acto V fund, which has secured over €800 million so far.
