Anderson Global Acquires Brightpoint Group

Anderson Global has announced the acquisition of Brightpoint Group, a financial services and investment firm based in Hamburg. This move is set to expand Anderson Global's capabilities in financial and fund services. Brightpoint Group, established in 2015, is known for its expertise in alternative investment solutions and fund administration.

Mario Stefan Oelkers and Maren Eckloff-Böhme, founders of Brightpoint Group, highlighted that this integration marks a significant step for their firm, enhancing their ability to deliver value while maintaining core principles. Dennis Day, CEO of Anderson Global, emphasized that the acquisition aligns with the company's strategic growth plans and enhances its service offerings across key markets.

Anderson Global, with more than 850 employees across 15 offices worldwide, continues its expansion with a focus on providing comprehensive corporate services. This acquisition represents Anderson Global's thirteenth bolt-on acquisition, further solidifying its presence in the global market.
