Anemoi International's Strategic Move: Trasna Acquisition & eSIM Collaboration

Anemoi International Ltd has announced a significant strategic move with a reverse takeover to acquire 100% of Trasna Group for $150 million. Trasna, a leader in the eSIM secure provisioning segment, enables enterprises to embrace IoT connectivity through high-assurance security and automation. This acquisition aligns with forecasts showing the eSIM market growing from $1.2 billion in 2024 to $5.8 billion by 2030.

Further enhancing this strategy, Trasna and Kigen have expanded their collaboration to offer a joint eSIM managed service. This service, with geo-redundancy and secure servers in Dublin and Dubai, simplifies large-scale IoT operations. This collaboration aims to position Trasna to capture 10-15% of the eSIM market by 2030, presenting a significant revenue opportunity.
