ISPD: 2026 Half-Year Results Up
ISPD, a group specializing in communication and marketing services, has published its results for the first half of 2026. Consolidated revenue increased by 18%, reaching €71.9 million. Adjusted for currency effects, pro forma growth was 23%. Current EBITDA showed a significant improvement, rising by 69% compared to the first half of 2025.
These results are supported by several factors, including the signing of new contracts, strong e-commerce activity in Europe, and a positive impact from the World Cup in Mexico. However, the gross margin rate is down, impacted by the Digital Media Trading sector in Mexico.
On the financial side, net debt stands at €10.1 million, marking an increase compared to 2025. ISPD forecasts a profitable second half, boosted by business growth and cost control.
