ISPD announces its 2024 annual results

Cognitive marketing specialist ISPD Group has released its full-year results for 2024. Consolidated revenue totaled €156.7 million, up 11% from 2023. On a pro forma basis, net revenue declined 6%, primarily due to the loss of a major client in the United States. Gross margin edged down 31.9%, with EBITDA of €3.8 million, down 44%.

The Technology and Marketing Services segment grew by 29% thanks to successes in Europe. Challenges remain in the Publishing sector, particularly in Mexico. Cash flow decreased by €5.2 million due to investments in AI. The group anticipates a return to growth in 2025, supported by new clients and optimized management in the United States.
